These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the XRUN Studio website, creative services, and digital products. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About XRUN Studio

XRUN Studio is a creative practice based in Saudi Arabia (Freelance License FL-506013033). We provide branding, design, motion, digital, and related creative services, as well as ready-made digital templates through our online store.

2. Website Use

You agree to use this website lawfully and respectfully. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, misuse forms, scrape content without permission, or use our materials in a way that misrepresents XRUN Studio.

3. Digital Products

Products listed in our store are digital templates and creative assets. Prices are shown in SAR. Orders are confirmed manually by our team after submission. Delivery details and files are shared after confirmation via email or phone.

4. License & Usage

Unless otherwise stated in writing, purchasing a digital product grants you a non-exclusive license for personal or commercial use in your own projects. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or claim ownership of the original template files as your own product.

5. Custom Services

Custom project work (branding, websites, motion, etc.) is scoped separately. Timelines, deliverables, revisions, and fees are agreed in writing before work begins. Project-specific contracts or proposals may apply in addition to these Terms.

6. Payments & Refunds

Because digital products and creative services are intangible, refunds are generally not available once files have been delivered or custom work has started, except where required by applicable law or agreed in writing by XRUN Studio.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, designs, and materials belonging to XRUN Studio remain our intellectual property unless transferred in a written agreement. Client-owned assets provided to us remain the client’s property.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XRUN Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, digital products, or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
